1. Target - Daily Deals  These are special everyday deals, ranging from 20-80% off.  There is always something for everyone.  From baby items to outdoor furniture.  They are limited quantities so remember to check early, and of course daily!  Check daily, and if you're like me and forget-  sign up for Daily Deals text, email or twitter reminders. Sign up for Daily Deals
2. Target texted Coupons Text OFFERS to TARGET (827438).
   
    You will get a link to coupons that typically expire in about 2 weeks.  Very easy to use, just take out your phone and have the cashier scan the barcode.  Instant savings!  ***Update*** Text BABY to TARGET (827438) to receive loads of Baby related coupons.
3. shopkick If you are a couponer, penny-pincher or just like a good scavenger hunt this app is for you.  You get 'kicks' for walking in Target and other similar stores.  Just open your phone and go to the app, walk in the door and bing! 'kicks'.  The points add up to Target gift cards or other fun gifts!  Once in Target you have access to more coupons.  And you get more 'kicks' for scanning random sponsored items.  After a walk in (average is about 40 'kicks') and a couple of quick scans (ranging from 10-300 kicks) you'll have enough for a $2 gift card!  And to make this even a sweeter deal.  Once you have the app go here and pick up a free $2 gift card!  Yeah, you're welcome! 
4. $5 OFF Purchase of $50 or More This one is simple, shop online (the next best thing) and when you go to your cart instant $5 savings!  (also available on retailmenot.com)
5. Sign Up for the Target RedCard Credit/Debit Card This card will save you 5% on every purchase in store or online when you use it.  You have your choice between a credit card or a debit card that links to your checking account.  
6. Pharmacy Rewards Take your prescriptions to Target!  They have an amazing Pharmacy, great prices and rewards!  For every 5 prescriptions you get 5% to redeem for a day full of shopping.  
7. ***UPDATE***  Cartwheel is here and now available on your smartphone!  Easy way to save some money on things you are already buying!  Very simple too.  All you need to do is link your Facebook account to log in and begin clipping coupons!  They range from 5-40% off.  Items include groceries to clothes.  Easy to search for an item and add it to your Cart.  When at the check out show your barcode and the savings fly off!  What's great about it is you can double/triple your savings!  Here's how:  It's in the add at a discounted price, in your Cartwheel, you have a Target or Manufacturer's coupon, and use your 5% Card or Pharmacy Rewards...UP to 6 ways to SAVE!
